Prof. Raya

Dr. R P Raya’s ongoing career spanning 35+ years has been in the areas of teaching, research, extension & consulting with expertise in HR, OB and Developmental systems. As an academic and educational management professional, Dr. Raya has consistently worked and advocated for improving the systems’ capability to generate positive impact to all stakeholders involved.

He has mentored entrepreneurs, business leaders and champions of social causes to assist growth-stage companies, social sector enterprises. He is a forward thinking, progressive management leader who possess the vision, enthusiasm and drive to help his work environment achieve its full potential. Excellent communication and organisation skills of his has always been lauded. He has gained credibility for his prowess in academic, professional and administrative roles.

He has superannuated on 30-Apr-2019.
